Ingredients:

700g fat-free steak

* 2 tablespoons of olive oil

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

* Hardened skin of 1/2 lemon

* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

* 1 tsp of integral sugar

* 1 essence of minced garlic

Salsa with red pepper: 1 red pepper, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 basil of minced garlic, minced skin of 1/2 lemon, a little spicy sauce, salt and pepper to taste

cooking:

1. In a plastic lid lid we mix oil, lemon juice, skin, soy sauce, sugar and garlic. Add the steak and put it on both sides. close it with lid and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Heat the grill.

2. To prepare the sauce, grate red pepper from all sides. Place it in a lid container for 10 minutes to cool. We remove the skin and wait for the strips. Throw specimens, yogurt, garlic and lime skin into a mixer and stir. Add spicy sauce, salt and pepper. We remove the steak from the marinade and we weave it.

3. Grill, turning as needed, for 20 minutes. We wait for it in thin slices and serve it accompanied by prepared sausage.
