Steps 

1. Spot a few jumps on the eggplants and spot them in the broiler for around 10 minutes. 

2. Following 10 minutes of preparing leave little to cool and take the back to front and put on a plate. 

3. Include 3 tablespoons of tahin, 3 tablespoons yogurt, garlic, salt, flavors and blend all the coating. 

4. In some pot pour a little oil and the nuts blend in there and include the red pepper and cook it for around 2 minutes. 

5. Pour the readied plate of mixed greens over the serving of mixed greens.
